Here is a temple/shrine, people were praying around it and the smell of incense was in the air nearby. 

They had these fountains all around the lake. The sun was catching this one creating the amazing steam effect! 

This is the first of a series of pics from a park I visited on Wednesday, the weather was quite warm and it was a really nice place to just walk around. 

I took this picture just around the corner from my apartment. This was last week when it was still quite warm. It's now getting quite a lot colder. 

Here is a massive shopping Mall in Nakano where I opened my Japanese bank account!

I had great weather for a couple of Sundays so I decided to just go for a wander around my local area. The following set of posts show some of the cool stuff I found... 

Here is the view from my balcony. I think it has a knid of rural French village feel about it but maybe that is just me. I probably have not mentioned but cycling is incedibly popular here and bizarrely most people cycle on the pavement! 

Here we go... your first view of my apato. I have a quite small bathroom and kitchen but the living room is a fair size and my bed is up on another level. You can just see the top of the ladder in the foreground. This pic is a week or so old so it actually looks a bit tidier know. Honest ^_~
